A Moscow court pronounced oil tycoon Mikhail Khodorkovsky guilty on most of the charges against him in the politically charged case, the Russian news agency Interfax reported Tuesday. A decision on one charge had yet to be read, the report said. Khodorkovsky, former head of the Yukos oil company, was charged with tax evasion, fraud and embezzlement, among other crimes. Prosecutors have asked for the maximum 10-year prison sentence.
