Japan and China will hold two days of talks starting Friday on their troubled bilateral relations and regional issues, the Japanese Foreign Ministry said Thursday. The talks will take place in Beijing, and the Japanese delegation will be led by Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Shotaro Yachi, the ministry said in a statement. Vice Foreign Minister Dai Bingguo will be heading the Chinese side, the statement said.
