Russian President Vladimir Putin received U.S. President George W. Bush at his residence near Moscow Sunday evening for talks ahead of Monday's WWII victory parade in the capital, dpa repoted. The meeting was to cover key areas like anti-terrorism and non- proliferation of weapons of mass destruction while cementing existing good relations, a Kremlin spokesman said. Bush came to Russia to join some 50 other leaders and dignitaries for 60th anniversary celebrations of the defeat of Nazi Germany. The Kremlin showed some irritation at the inclusion in his European visit of former Soviet republics Latvia and Georgia, both of which are locked in dispute with Russia. -- SP 2318 Local Time 2018 GMT
