U.S. sailor killed in Iraq

An American sailor was killed when
the U.S. Marine convoy he was traveling with was hit by a
roadside bomb, the military said Sunday.
The attack occurred Saturday in Fallujah, where U.S.
troops conducted a weeklong offensive in November to break
insurgents' control of the city 65 kilometers (40 miles)
west of Baghdad.
