Israel must hand over control of Gaza crossings, says Dahlan

Israel must relinquish
control of border crossings into the Gaza Strip as part of
its planned withdrawal from the territory this summer, the
Palestinian Cabinet minister in charge of coordinating the
pullout with Israel demanded Sunday.
The crossings must be handed over for the withdrawal to be
considered complete, said the minister, Mohammed Dahlan.
