Ivory Coast foes say to pull back heavy weapons

Ivory Coast's rebel and army chiefs said on Saturday they would start pulling back heavy weapons from front lines in the war-divided West African nation from April 21.
"It is suitable to give a strong signal in proceeding with the withdrawal of heavy weapons from the front line from April 21," rebels and army chiefs said in a joint statement issued after talks in the rebel-stronghold of Bouake.
