South Korean President arrives for talks with German President

South Korean president Roh Moo-hyun received military honors as he arrived to meet President Horst
Koehler Monday, part of a five-day visit to Germany that is
expected to include talks about North Korea's nuclear
program.
Roh was also to meet Wednesday with Chancellor Gerhard
Schroeder for a discussion on bilateral issues and North
Korea's nuclear ambitions before heading to Turkey on
Thursday.
Roh arrived in Berlin on Sunday.
