The Spokesman of the Egyptian Presidency Sulaiman Awwad said that Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Saud Al-Faisal conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz and the Crown Prince to the Egyptian President Mohammed Hosni Mubarak. In a press statement following the meeting in Sharm El-Sheikh today, he pointed that they discussed the decisions of the Arab summit in Algeria and the results of the Saudi-Egyptian Higher Committee meetings that took place in Cairo yesterday as well as means of supporting bilateral relations between the two countries. The Spokesman added that the two sides also discussed the issues in the Arab World including Syria and Lebanon.
