Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing arrived in Katmandu Thursday on an official visit to Nepal. "My visit will further enhance and promote our friendship and mutual interest," Li told reporters at Katmandu airport. Nepalese officials said there was no set agenda for the visit. "The discussion will focus on issues of mutual interest," said Foreign Ministry spokesman Durga Bhattarai. The visit marks 50 years of diplomatic relation between Nepal and China. Li is scheduled to leave Nepal on Friday.
