Quds city, March 20, SPA -- Israeli and Palestinian security commanders scheduled a meeting Sunday with the aim of completing the handover of the West Bank town of Tulkarem to Palestinian security control. Tulkarem would be the second West Bank town to be transferred to Palestinian control under a Feb. 8 agreement between Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas. Israel agreed to transfer a total of five West Bank towns to Palestinians.
