Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard, telephoned Egyptian President Mohammad Hosni Mubarak to condole him on the death of his sister. During the call, Crown Prince Abdullah offered his deepest sympathy to President Mubarak and his family on the sad demise of the president's sister while President Mubarak thanked him on his noble feelings.
