President Abdoulaye Wade of Senegal replaced two cabinet ministers, his seventh government reshuffle since winning power in 2000, state radio reported Thursday. Assane Diagne, previously director general of the national construction company replaced Seydou Sy Sall as minister of Urban Planing and Regional Development, state radio reported. Yero Deh, outgoing minister of Civil Service, Labor and Professional Organizations was replaced by Souleymane Nene Ndiaye, Wade's former presidential spokesman. No official reason was given for Wade's seventh raft of changes to his 39-member cabinet in five years.
