Bulgaria's Annual Inflation Rate Slows Down to 14% in March

The monthly inflation rate in Bulgaria in March was 0.5% compared to the previous month, the Bulgarian News Agency quoted the National Statistical Institute as saying on Tuesday. The annual inflation rate compared to March 2022 was 14%.
Data shows a decline in the inflation rate, as in February it was 0.8% compared to the previous month and 16% compared to February 2022.
The inflation rate in the country added up to 2.6% between December 2022 and March 2023, while the average annual inflation rate for the period April 2022-March 2023 compared to April 2021-March 2022was 16.5%.
