The Ministry of Tourism has intensified its inspection campaigns of lodging facilities and travel service providers in Makkah and Madinah to ensure the quality of services offered to Umrah performers and visitors, and to address complaints directly during the holy month of Ramadan. With the start of the last ten days of Ramadan, the Ministry has confirmed an increase in the work capacity of the operating rooms it has set up, especially for this purpose in Makkah and Madinah. This has led to an increase in inspection tours, which have exceeded 2,057 thus far, within the framework of the Ministry's commitment to verifying and ensuring that the level of inspection is raised. To ensure that Umrah performers and tourists are satisfied and comfortable, the Ministry strongly emphasizes that all service providers in the tourism industry comply with applicable laws and industry standards. It also provides the option of submitting questions or complaints directly via the tourist hotline 930.
