The Saudi-Austrian investment roundtable meeting was held today, in the presence of Minister of Investment, Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, and Minister of Labor and Economy of the Republic of Austria, Martin Kocher, and with the participation of private-sector representatives from both countries. Participants discussed investment opportunities, boosting bilateral investment relations, enhancing efforts to develop economic and investment ties, developing qualitative investments for leading companies, and enabling the private sector to benefit from investment opportunities. They also discussed aspects of investment partnership in the fields of energy, industry, chemical industries, mining, health, communications, information technology, artificial intelligence, services, and waste management, as well as ways to enhance them and opportunities to increase the investments of Saudi and Austrian companies in both countries. On the sidelines of the roundtable, bilateral meetings were held between major companies and representatives of the private sector from both sides, with the aim of discussing cooperation and partnership opportunities, exchanging experiences, reviewing available investment opportunities in the two countries, and addressing aspects of cooperation and investment partnership.
