The number of visitors to the forum is expected to exceed 105,000.
The Forum, which opens daily from 04:00 pm to 11:00 pm, contributes to an entrepreneurial environment that encourages young people to enter the world of entrepreneurship, build local and international entrepreneurial networks, promote communication between investors and entrepreneurs, boost communication among them and sponsor creative ideas and investment methods in a way that achieve the goals of the Saudi Vision 2030 that seeks to increase SME's contribution to GDP to 35%.
The 9 doors of Biban 23 were designed to meet SMEs' and entrepreneurs' requirements: startup, growth, enablement, e-commerce, funding, innovation, franchise and market.
Visitors to the Biban 23 Forum can attend up to 300 training workshops, with an estimated number of some 20,000 beneficiaries. The workshops also discuss various topics, including financial management, the experience of franchising, transition to e-commerce, risk management strategy, supply chain management, strategic planning, and enterprise growth, as well as other topics that familiarize entrepreneurs with the strategic plans and operational work of their development business.

The Kingdom will also host the final qualifications of the competition. The closing ceremony will feature awards, with the attendance of the best leading 100 entrepreneurs who have qualified for the finals, where cash prizes reach up to USD1 million.
