Saudi Arabia gives USD20 million aid to Palestinians

Saudi Development Fund and United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) signed a memorandum of understanding under which USD20 million will be given as urgent aid to the Palestinian people.
The singing took place at Geneva's United Nations headquarters.
The money will finance a project of constructing more than 700 residential units with the infrastructure and necessary educational, medical and social public utilities for re-housing Palestinian families affected by demolition of their homes in Rafah.
