Palestinian leaders decided Sunday to postpone an upcoming meeting in Egypt with radical Palestinian groups, which was to focus on firming up a cease-fire with Israel and on Palestinian reforms, Palestinian Deputy Prime Minister Nabil Shaath said. The meeting, with eight radical groups, was originally scheduled for March 5. Shaath did not give a reason for the delay, saying only that it was postponed "due to domestic issues."
