Dutch cyclist Dylan Groenewegen won the first stage of the Saudi Tour 2023, which started today in AlUla Governorate, organized by the Ministry of Sports in cooperation with the Saudi Cycling Federation. The first stage of the race started from AlUla International Airport and ended in "Khaybar", at a distance of 180.5 km, which was completed by Groenewegen in four hours, seven minutes, and 59 seconds, while the Serbian cyclist Dosan Rajovic from Bahrain Victorious team, came in second place with four seconds behind the first-place winner. German Cyclist Maximilian Richard from the French COFIDIS team came in third place.
