The Custodian of the two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz has sent a cable of condolences to President Mohammed Khatami of Iran on victims of the earthquake which recently hit South Iran.
Similar cables of condolences were sent to Khatami by Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard, and Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Second Deputy Premier, Defense and Aviation Minister and Inspector General.
