Palestinian parliament again postpones vote on cabinet =

The Palestinian Legislative Council (PLC) postponed a vote of confidence on Premier Ahmed Qureia's new cabinet until Thursday, Speaker Rawhi Fattouh announced.
He cited "continuing deliberations over the formation of the cabinet" as the reason.
It is the third time the vote of confidence has been postponed. --SP 1409 Local Time 1109 GMT
