The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) announced today that nearly 500,000 clients have used the social case e-notarization service through the Najiz.sa portal in 2022. In addition, more than one million verifications of client applications have been conducted electronically. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the MoJ clarified that "the e-notarizations cover child custody, endowments, marriages, and legal heirs." The Saudi Notarization Law has transferred a number of such jurisdictions from courts to the notarial e-system, which contributed to increased automation and better client experience.
