The CEO of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), Dr. Hisham bin Saad Aljadhey, has met at the authority's headquarters with a number of CEOs of medical devices companies, as part of the program of periodic meetings with the private sector, where the program aims at enhancing communication, transparency, partnership and supporting investment. Dr. Aljadhey stressed the authority's keenness to communicate with medical devices companies and the private sector in general, to enhance and support the level of services provided, support investment, and take views and suggestions regarding the authority's future plans and its fourth strategy. He also expressed his appreciation for the companies' efforts in providing medical devices and supplies during the COVID-19 pandemic. During the meeting, they reviewed the authority's Fourth Strategic Plan, its most prominent initiatives to promote and develop investment, in addition to the most prominent indicators and data in the field of medical devices.
