His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia met yesterday evening (Friday) with the Prime Minister and Minister of Defense of the Kingdom of Thailand, General Prayuth Chan-ocha at the Thai government's headquarters in the capital, Bangkok.

HRH Crown Prince delivered a speech. The following is the text:
"Your Excellency, I would like to thank you for your kind invitation. Since our first meeting with you in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which was your first visit to the Kingdom almost nine months ago, it was agreed to cooperate in many sectors, and many of them were accomplished in a way that exceeds our expectations. This confirms that the opportunities between our two countries are greater, much more than what we aspired to, and this is a very good matter, as we are working today in cooperation in several areas in the field of energy, tourism, investment, infrastructure, agriculture and other fields from which our two countries will benefit. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was the first Arab country to establish a relationship with Thailand in the fifties of last century, and now we look forward to moving to another stage in the relationship between the two countries. Today, we will witness the signing of many agreements, and we will also discuss many opportunities in the future that we will work on next year. I am sure that the return to our peoples and to the economy of Thailand and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be very great. Finally, I thank your Excellency for the hospitality, warm reception and care for the Saudi delegation."
