Hani bin Mogbil Al-Mogbil, Chairman of the Executive Council of the Arab League Educational, Cultural, and Scientific Organization (ALECSO), emphasized that the launching of the Arab Translation Observatory is the result of collaboration between ALECSO and the Ministry of Culture, which is represented by the Literature, Publishing, and Translation Commission, as well as a continuation of the organization's growing push for the inclusion of national content in its work. Al-Mogbil affirmed the importance of collaboration with regional and international organizations, expressing gratitude to Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, Minister of Culture and Chairman of the National Committee of Education, Science, and Culture, for his support and interest in highlighting the Saudi role in various ALECSO work fields, citing the observatory as the organization's first regional institution since its inception 52 years ago in Giza.
