King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has launched the voluntary medical campaign for plastic surgery, burns and deformities in Socotra Governorate, with the participation of 13 volunteers from various specialties, during the period from October 21 to 28, 2022. Since the beginning of the campaign, the center's voluntary medical team has provided medical consultations, distributed medicines, and performed 15 surgeries. The project comes within the framework of the support provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the KSrelief, for the medical sector in the Republic of Yemen. This project also seeks to consolidate the culture of volunteer work among members of the Saudi society in accordance with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
