Ministry of Hajj and Umrah stressed the importance of the commitment of Umrah companies and institutions to improve the quality of all packages offered to the pilgrims, raise the quality of services in the sector, and facilitate the pilgrim's journey, to achieve the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. The ministry explained that all Umrah companies and institutions are fully obligated to issue Umrah and prayer permits in the Noble Rawdah for the pilgrims, and dispatch them to the Grand Mosque per the approved timing in the permits, adding that this procedure includes pilgrims who wish to perform Umrah more than once while in Makkah as well as issuing permits to pray in the Noble Rawdah. The ministry said that they are following up and supervising the level of quality of services, the commitment of companies and institutions to provide them through continuous field inspection tours, and intensive automated monitoring, stressing that the ministry's field teams have been directed to the sorting centers next to the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque to monitor any field violation, and to take regular deterrent measures against violators.
