Saudi Grains Organization (SAGO) issued today a tender to import 535,000 tons of wheat to be supplied from November 2022 to February 2023. SAGO Governor Eng. Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al-Faris stressed that the quantity offered is a part of the framework of SAGO's plan to maintain strategic stocks of wheat and meet all the needs of milling companies. He added that the quantity is distributed among (9) ships, with (2) ships for Jeddah Islamic Port, (3) ships for Yanbu Commercial Port, (3) ships for King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam and (1) ship for Jazan Port.
