AIDS, Union Health Minister Anbumani Ramadoss said here. "The trial is being conducted by a partnership between the government and International AIDS Vaccine Initiative in Pune," he said. The vaccine is being tested on 30 volunteers in the first phase of the trial, the Press Trust of India quoted Ramadoss as saying.
