A bomb exploded outside a small hotel in this southwestern Pakistan city on Tuesday, killing one person and wounding two, police said. Earlier in the day, a powerful bomb exploded near a rail track elsewhere in Quetta as a passenger train was passing, wounding four railway employees. An ethnic Baluch nationalist group claimed responsibility for the railway attack, which damaged windows on the train but hurt no passengers.
