Second: Appointing Fahd bin Abdulrahman bin Dahes Al-Jalajel as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saudi Food and Drug Authority. Third: Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir shall be assigned as envoy for climate affairs in addition to his post. Fourth: Appointing Eng. Khalid bin Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Salem as Chairman of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu at the rank of minister. Fifth: Relieving Abdulrahman bin Ahmad bin Hamdan Al-Harbi, Chairman of the General Authority for Foreign Trade, of his post. Sixth: Appointing Abdulrahman bin Ahmad bin Hamdan Al-Harbi as Saudi Ambassador to China at the excellent rank. Seventh: Relieving Badr bin Abdulmohsen bin Abdullah bin Hadab, Assistant Minister of Commerce, of his post. Eighth: Appointing Badr bin Abdulmohsen bin Abdullah bin Hadab as Assistant for Chairman of the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers at the excellent rank. Ninth: Appointing Eng. Tareq bin Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al-Faris as advisor at the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers at the excellent rank. Tenth: Appointing Dr. Najm bin Abdullah Al-Zeid as Deputy Minister of Justice at the excellent rank. Eleventh: Appointing Hmoud bin Baddah Al-Mreikhi as advisor at the Royal Court at the excellent rank.
