The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) inaugurated yesterday a project to distribute 120 tons of dates in the coast of Hadramout, as part of the date assistance project allocated to Yemen for the year 2022. During the project, 625,000 cartons of dates will be distributed, weighing 5,000 tons, to benefiting 625,000 needy and displaced families in 13 Yemeni governorates. The Director General of the Office of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in the coast of Hadramout, Ahmed Salem Bazaros, praised the great role played by the KSrelief in implementing many important humanitarian and relief projects to provide food security in Yemen, explaining that 3,000 cartons of dates will be distributed today, benefiting 18,000 individuals. This comes within the framework of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's efforts, represented by the KSrelief, to support food security for needy and affected groups in Yemen.
