The president of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, arrived in Teheran Monday for a three-day state-visit, the news network Khabar reported. Aliyev and his Iranian host, President Mohammad Khatami, will discuss expansion of bilateral cooperation and the latest regional and international developments, the report said. During the Iran-Azeri summit, the two sides are to sign ten agreements in the fields of political, economic and scientific cooperation.
