The Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance has handed over a gift of the Holy Qur'an publications from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to the Islamic Supreme Council in Gabon. The gift is one of the publications of King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Qur'an. The gift was handed over by the Saudi Ambassador to the Republic of Gabon, Abdurrahman bin Salem Al-Dahas, during the reception ceremony that took place at the embassy's headquarters, in the presence of a number of Islamic personalities and embassy employees. On this occasion; His Eminence, the President of the Islamic Supreme Council of Gabon, Imam Ismail Osini Osa, expressed his thanks to the Kingdom's government for this valuable gift, which coincided with the advent of the blessed month of Ramadan, the month of the Qur'an, stressing that it is an appreciated gift to the Muslims of Gabon and embodies the Kingdom's care for the Holy Qur'an, the way of life for Muslims. For his part, Ambassador Al-Dahas affirmed the Kingdom's keenness to serve Islam and Muslims, pointing out that the gift is a proof of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' interest in the Holy Qur'an through King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Qur'an, which is supervised by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, and in line with the Kingdom's role in its great services and its leading role in the Islamic world.
