King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) yesterday delivered a gift from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Philippines, which included 25 tons of dates. Saudi Deputy Ambassador to the Philippines Advisor Issa bin Abdulrahman Al-Maliki delivered the gift to the Philippine side in the presence of Executive Director at National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF) Tahir S. Lidasan JR., Secretary General of the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) Elizabeth S. Zavalla, a representative of the Finance Ministry, and a team of KSrelief at the headquarters of the Saudi embassy in Manila. The gift is part of relief and humanitarian programs, which are offered by the government of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, to several countries and targets the neediest households in various parts of the world.
