Eleven members of a wedding party were killed Friday night in a suicide bombing south of Baghdad. Another 23 people were injured, some seriously, said officials in Youssifiya, where the blast occurred. The car packed with explosives was sitting near the entrance of the building where the wedding was being celebrated, residents said. They said the attack might have been aimed at a worker in the city administration who was a guest at the wedding. He survived the attack. The al-Arabiya television news network reported that an ambulance had carried the explosives. --SP 0005 Local Time 2105 GMT
