King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) has concluded the ninth Voluntary Medical Project as part of the Saudi Volunteer Program for Cardiac catheterization and Surgery for the elderly in Al-Mukalla city of Hadramout Governorate, Yemen, which was held between March 12 and 19, 2022, with the participation of nine volunteers. The voluntary medical team, affiliated with the center, conducted 19 open heart surgeries and 49 catheterization surgeries during the campaign, all of which were successful. The project is part of the support of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through KSrelief, for the medical sector in Yemen.
