The pilgrims returned on Wednesday evening from Arafat to Muzdalifa where they spent their night. Thanks to Almighty Allah, and thanks to the excellent arrangements made by the concerned authorities, the pilgrims moved smoothly and easily from Arafat to Muzdalifa. At Muzdalifa they collected pebbles to stone jamrat in Mina today in line with the teachings of the Prophet Mohammed, peace be upon him. Thousands of policemen were stationed in the area to organize the traffic and the movement of the pilgrims, and helicopters hovered overhead. Meanwhile, an official source at the Interior Ministry said 2,564,468 pilgrims stood at Arafat yesterday.
