The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has issued its daily forecast report for the weather in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The report said that dust storms at a speed of 55 km/h, reducing the horizontal sight will be seen on Tabuk, Northern Borders and Al-Jawf regions, along with low temperatures on the said regions and surface dusty winds will be active, reducing the horizontal sight on Hail, Qassim, Madinah, Riyadh and Makkah regions, as well as the northern parts of eastern region, while thunderstorms will be forecasted to fall on Jazan, Asir and Baha heights and Northern Borders, Al-Jawf, Hail and Qassim regions, as well as, some parts of Tabuk and Madinah regions and the northern parts of Eastern Region, while the maximum temperature will continue increasing on the other regions. The report showed that the surface wind movement on the Red Sea will be southerly to southwesterly, turning gradually westerly to northwesterly on northern and central parts at a speed of 25-50 km/h, and southeasterly to southerly on southern part at a speed of 25-50 km/h, and easterly to southeasterly on southern parts at a speed of 20 -42 km/h, while the surface wind movement on the Arabian Gulf will be southeasterly to southerly at a speed of 25-50 km/h.
