His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, received here today at the Royal Court in Al-Yammamah Palace President Nicos Anastasiades of the Republic of Cyprus. An official ceremony of reception was held. Then, HRH the Crown Prince and the President of the Republic of Cyprus held a session of official talks. HRH the Crown Prince conveyed appreciation and greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and his wishes for the Cypriot people steady progress and prosperity. In turn, the Cypriot President sent his greetings and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his wishes for the Kingdom steady progress and prosperity. During the session, the two sides reviewed relations of friendship and bilateral relations between the two countries and the efforts of consolidating joint coordination in various fields. They also reviewed regional and international issues of common interest and the exerted efforts towards them. The session of official talks was attended by Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Energy; Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, Minister of the State, Member of the Cabinet and National Security Adviser; Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, Minister of Commerce and Acting Minister of Media (accompanying minister); Khaled Al-Sharif, Saudi ambassador to the Republic of Cyprus, and the Cypriot President's accompanying delegation.
