Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Bilad newspaper reported in its editorial that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through the relevant ministries and agencies, keeps pace with the developments of the COVID-19 and its variants in the world, and takes the necessary preventive measures to preserve the lives of the citizens, residents and visitors with the highest levels of safety. The paper added that within the framework of the efforts and precautionary measures, based on the recommendations of the competent authorities in this regard, and for preserving public health; the decision of the Ministry of Interior said that it is mandatory for citizens wishing to travel outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to take the (third) booster dose of the (COVID-19) vaccine for those who have spent (three) months since receiving the second dose. It also added that all arrivals to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including citizens, regardless of their immunization status, are required to submit an approved negative PCR test or negative (COVID-19 Antigen Test).
