Mohammed bin Hazam Al-Dhaheri, Secretary General of the UAE Football Federation and Official Spokesperson for the Organizing Committee of the FIFA Club World Cup, affirmed that this edition of the FIFA Club World Cup, which will start tomorrow in Abu Dhabi, is attended by clubs that enjoy great popularity, including three Arab prestigious clubs, along with international clubs. Regarding the preparations for this tournament, in light of the conditions and danger of the Coronavirus pandemic, Al-Dhaheri confirmed in a special statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) that the local organizing committees for the tournament continue coordination collectively with the FIFA relevant committees in order to make the tournament succeed. He stressed that the committee focused on providing the utmost precautionary and health measures, adding that all the participants and fans must have had the Coronavirus vaccination and a certificate proving that he/she is free of the virus for a period of no more than 48 hours. On the marketing of the tournament, Al-Dhaheri explained that the committees concerned with marketing the tournament through several sites.
