The medical team of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), as part of the Nabdh AlSaudia Volunteer Program for Cardiac Catheterization and Surgery in Hadramout, in cooperation with the Nabd Al-Hayah Center for Heart Diseases and Surgery, conducted 169 open-heart and catheterization surgeries in Al-Mukalla, Yemen, in December 2021. 30 open-heart surgeries were conducted and 139 surgeries for treatment catheterization, which benefited the families with limited income who cannot afford the costs of these surgeries in the Yemeni hospitals. This comes as part of the support being provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through the KSrelief, to the medical sector in Yemen.
