UN Expresses Concern over Houthis' Seizure of UAE-flagged Ship

The United Nations said that it is following with concern reports that Houthis have seized a UAE-flagged ship.
In a press statement Wednesday, the United Nations Spokesperson Stéphane Dujarric said: "We reaffirm the need to respect the rights and obligations relating to maritime navigation, in accordance with international law.
We reiterate our call for the Yemeni parties to engage with Special Envoy of the Secretary-General for Yemen, Hans Grundberg, and his mediation efforts, with the aim to advance the political process to reach a comprehensive negotiated settlement to end the conflict in the country."
