His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, has sent a cable of congratulation to Kiril Petkov on the occasion of his appointment as Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria.
