Eng. Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Alhossein, the Minister of Water and Electricity, signed in Riyadh today Phase IX of modernizing Riyadh's Water Network at a cost of SR86,393, 062.86.
The project is part of a number of projects to renovate Riyadh's water old networks to reduce water leakage in the city.
