Iran's Minister of Culture and Guidance Dr. Ahmad Masjed Jamei expressed his appreciation of and thanks to the Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Fuad bin Abdulsalam Al-Farsi for his interest in the development of cultural relations between the two countries and his efforts to hold the Iranian Cultural 1st Week in Riyadh. In a press conference held here today, Dr. Jamei shed light on the development of cultural and information relations between the two countries, pointing in this regard to the current visit being paid by the Saudi media delegation to Iran, the opening of an office of the Saudi Press Agency in Tehran and an office of the Iranian News Agency in Riyadh, and holding the Iranian Cultural Week currently in Riyadh. He hoped that a Saudi Cultural Week will be held in Iran soon.
