King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Project (Masam) for clearing mines in Yemen, dismantled, during the second week of October 2021, a total of 1,274 mines planted by the Houthi militia across Yemen, including 20 anti-personnel mines, 1,065 anti-tank mines, 186 unexploded ordnance and three explosive devices. Since the beginning of the project, as many as 281,321 mines have been dismantled. The project seeks to clear Yemeni lands of the mines that were randomly planted by the Houthi militia causing death and injury of innocent children, women, and the elderly.
