The Islamic Development Bank allocated here today U.S. 10 million dollars for providing urgent relief aid and setting up the necessary utilities in the countries affected by the devastating earthquake and tsunami including Indonesia, the Maldives, Somalia, Thailand, India and Sri Lanka. The Bank dispatched a mission to the affected areas to directly sense the urgent needs of peoples and distribute relief aid in coordination with the concerned authorities in these countries.
