Bandar Abdulrahman Abdullah Al-Dakheel He was associated with the deviating group by his brother Faisal Al-Dakheel, who was previously killed by security men. He was known for his experience in using weapons and combining explosive materials. He took part in priming cars with explosives and brought one of them from Qassim to Riyadh which was later discovered in the sand. He and other militants fired on a highway security patrol, leading to the killing of two security men. The ministry of interior warned that security men will eradicate anyone who tries to destabilize the Kingdom's security, noting that these wicked attacks aim at the homeland and its establishments.
